RSC Culture Codes
Overview
Every culture has its own code — a set of commands that provides a framework for behaviors that are acceptable inside of that culture. For the most part, these are hidden from view — it is just the way it is. For example, bowing in Japan, drinking beer in a pub in England, or eating all of your food when you are a guest in a Polish home are all part of a larger code. When you don’t follow this unspoken, hidden code, you are out of place in that culture. For RSC Business Group, we also have a code. For us, this code is Open Source: “The cat is out of the bag.”
